Clare Cook, Advisory Board Member
Clare Cook serves as the Maximising Access Lead for NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire's (BNSSG) Integrated Vaccination Programme. With a focus on enhancing access and experiences, particularly for communities facing health inequalities, Clare advocates for a more equitable vaccination service. Her role is grounded in a 40-year NHS career and she has a MSc in Public Health. Clare has also acted as a Senior Public Health Commissioner, where she delivered tangible improvements in population health outcomes.

Phil Brooks, Advisory Board Member
Phil brings a rich 36-year career in engineering and management to his current role. A qualified engineer, he joined IBM in 1984 and has held diverse positions across the UK and Europe, specialising in Project Management, Operations, and Client Management. Phil's expertise lies in his client-facing roles and his adept management of both technical and operational teams. Upon early retirement, Phil dedicated his time to voluntary work at Caafi Health clinics, before formally joining their team.

IIhem Berrou, Advisory Board Member
Ilhem has over 12 years of clinical and academic experience in pharmacy and public health. Her background includes community and primary care pharmacy, healthcare professionals’ training and development, and researching interventions and practices that improve the health and wellbeing of diverse communities. She holds an MPharm and a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester. Ilhem is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber.

Museji A Takolia CBE, Advisory Board Member
Museji has a broad portfolio of professional interests in public and community services. He has previously held various board positions, including for the former regulator of the NHS in England (Commission for Health Improvement), as Chair of Wye Valley NHS Trust, and as a Non Executive Director at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. His career has spanned local charities, local and central government and Non-Departmental Public Bodies. He currently serves as Chair of the Commission on Race Equality (CoRE), set up by the Mayor Marvin Rees, and chairs hearings for the Nursing & Midwifery Council's (NMC) Fitness to Practice Committee.

Anne Morris, Advisory Board Member
Anne is a registered nurse and has worked in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire health system for many years, in a variety of leadership roles, as both a senior nurse as well as a senior manager. Anne’s experience lies in Acute Hospital Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups (now Integrated Health Boards) as well as the charitable sector. She has also served as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director of a Hospice in Gloucestershire. She is a passionate advocate for equal access to healthcare for all communities.
